Community Development Program
Values Formation

The ANCOP Community Development Program aspires to create a model community where each member acts as good stewards of their new home and its surroundings, as well as conducts themselves as good citizens in caring and loving support of their neighbour.
These attitudes and behaviours required to build a model community are taught in a series of spiritual and value formation tracks which each ANCOP CDP beneficiary is required to undergo. The sustainability of a model community hinges on the strength of the families that comprise it - families that practice the moral values of obedience, cooperation, respect for authority, sharing of resources, and a genuine caring for the other person.
Each member beneficiary, after the values formation workshops, should feel the natural inclination to preserve their new home and keep its immediate surroundings clean & hygienic, follow the governing rules of the Neighbourhood Association, as well as help in the upkeep and maintenance of the facilities of the community at-large.

Within the community of believers there can never be room for a poverty that denies anyone what is needed for a dignified life.
